I'm skeptical with everything I put in my body these days. The only thing I took before this was creatine monohydrate. I gave this methylene blue a try. The ONLY thing I changed with my routine. I didn't get the electricity feeling. After two weeks of daily morning use, I realized that I felt better in the mornings. I felt energized like I should. After 3+ weeks I really felt the difference. I felt like I had my normal self back. Before, it was like a V8 engine had lost 2 or 3 of its cylinders. With methylene, I DO NOT feel jacked up, jittery, nothing like that. I feel normal again! I used to quit doing anything with my family around 6-7 pm (bedtime around 9:30) and I would feel miserably exhausted like I was running on fumes. Now, I can do the things I need to all the way to bedtime if required and not be half asleep, grumpy, and miserable. Methylene Blue dose not interfere with my sleep. 20 years Army (retired) , my current job, staying fit, all the wear and tear has broken me down. The constant pain saps my energy. Methylene Blue actually restores a chunk of that energy capability to the point where I'm committed to using it long term. I still have constant pain, but methylene blue has given me all day, energy normalcy again. And that's good for me!

My morning ritual is to add two droppers (about 20 drops) of Liquid Methelyene Blue to 1/4 cup of warm Kumbucha & 1/4 tsp powdered vitamin C. This clears the blue in about an hour, and you don’t stain your tongue, or your toilet pee! been taking this 3 mo now. I decided to stop taking it as a test to see if I'd really notice a difference. after I e week, the brain fog started to return and I couldn't stand it.
