The blue and the red are great, but are super intense when I combine them. 4 droppers of red is too much for me when added to a dropper of blue. But I’m feeling the mental flex with each and am very happy with the results. I’m just working on finding the best balance for me, but I’m having dreams for the first time since I was a kid and I’m 46 years old.

Tried Methelyne Red after using Methelyne Blue for several months. Same results. Brain fog gone. Instant “wake up”. And I tried adding it to my coffee and reducing my sugar in my coffee. It surprisingly was delicious although strawberry and coffee usually aren’t paired together but I do recommend. I’ve lost 35 lbs over the past 6-9 months. Was stuck at about 180 when I started on the supplements and within a couple of weeks dropped another 15 to my ideal weight of 165 which I’ve held steady now for months. Great high quality products supporting a great cause.

I first went by the directions on the bottle of 4 droppers full. I had ear ringing and high pitched noise. My head felt seriously spaced out. I dropped down to one dropper a day . I have felt my brain seems to be working much better and my thinking s working much better each day. It is definitely very powerful. I haven't taken it long enough to know long term benefits yet. But it is definitely helping with connections in my brain. I definitely would recommend this product but be ready to feel a bit strange the first few days . I don't recommend starting with 4 droppers a day. God bless

I’m a blue collar construction worker and personal trainer/bodybuilder. I work 10 hours a day and workout after I get off work. Very health conscious and educated in fitness and supplementation. I decided to try Methylene Red after using the Blue version now for several months. Just like the Blue the Red is my wake up remedy. It clears the morning brain fog often within 15-20 mins before I even have my first cup of coffee. Speaking of coffee, sometimes I’ll add a couple drops of the Red to my coffee and cut back the sugar I usually use. The Red unlike the Blue has a bit of sweetness to it that actually pairs pretty well with coffee, and I’m not a flavored coffee guy but it just works. I also like the larger bottle it comes in. I’ll rotate between the two depending on need. The Blue is a little more “intense” and gives me a non speedy energy and I don’t experience afternoon crashes during my long 12 hour work day.
