I had no clue methylene blue would help with COPD/RADS, I got from the crappin Katrina trailer that killed my late wife, but I wanted it because RFK was taking it and how political prisoner Alex spoke of it! A week or so after taking this stuff, I started realizing I was breathing a lot better, wasn't getting out of breath going up stairs! So I decided to stop taking my obscenely expensive COPD meds and I could STILL breath! Till I ran out! I tried several other suppliers and got junk, till I got Alex's! I think the Hodge twins stuff works, but not as good! Judge Guerra belongs in prison for what she did to Alex!

I take 20 or so drops every day in my flavored water. I can't say I notice any immediate effects, maybe because I add it to 32 ounces of water and drink it throughout the day. I mainly take it for cognitive benefits. I also add Lions Mane to my water for the same reason. Since adding these I have noticed an uptick in my cognition where it had seemed to be lagging before, I'm 61 y/o & want to care for my brain as I get older. My pee is a lovely shade of blue so I see it's working through my system. The many benefits it offers makes it a no brainer for me! I've now been using methylene blue for a few months now and it helps in so many ways. First, I got energy and more clarity and focus. On the days I don't take it, I'm like what's wrong with me? I'm so tired and don't feel like doing anything, then I'm like wait, I didn't take my methylene blue today, that's why. Then, within just a few days, I noticed my feet didn't feel like I'm walking on needles anymore, when I would first wake up in the morning after laying in bed. It has helped me lose weight without really trying, and my face looks thinner, and overall, I just feel better and I would recommend it to anybody to try. What's nice about the dropper is, if you're just getting started or if someone that is sensitive to things or giving it to children, it makes it much easier to control a smaller dose. The capsules are great because you don't have to taste anything and you can just quickly swallow a pill. As for the gummies, they're next on my list and I hear they absorb much better and when I get them I'm just gonna suck on them until it dissolves and exorbs and maybe I'll add a dropper or two of the methylene red at the same time I am thinking! If I had to choose one supplement to take, it would be the methylene blue!

I’m a believer! I’m not 💯 certain, but ever since I started taking MB I have not had to take biologics for a severe case of chronic plaque psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. I use red light therapy with it and get out in the sun a lot more. Through my research there appears to be a synergistic effect. Will keep purchasing this product!

This methylene blue gives me a lot of energy. There is no going back. A nice effect is it clears put brain fog. It also helps a good bit with narcolepsy, but I will still fall asleep with it.

I have a subscription to Ultra MB, Shilijit capsules, T-3, and Chill. The combination of Ultra MB and your X-2 in structured water was amazing. I bought the T-3 when it came out and it’s even better than the X-2. Brain fog greatly diminished. I was definitely iodine deficient and I have another 5 bottles of X-2 that I had around specifically in case of a nuclear emergency. If you only do 2 items buy the Ultra MB/T-3 combo.
