Like candy. If you take two of these with two of the Blue gummies it makes the Blue gummies taste much more pleasant. Been taking this since it was introduced. Good stuff. Keeping my muscles strong. But I been using the caps. These are very tasty. Be careful or they won’t last. Easy to pop 4 or 5. They are that good.
